Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding

Scenic flight to Lukla. Begin trek to Phakding (2650m / 8,694 ft), approximately 4 hours. Lodge accommodation.

Trek to Namche Bazaar

Ascent through pine forests and suspension bridges into Sagarmatha National Park. Reach Namche Bazaar (3440m). Lodge stay.

Acclimatization Day

Acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel (3800m / 12,487 ft) with stunning Everest vistas. Optional visit to the Sherpa museum.

Trek to Pangboche

Trek through alpine terrain to Pangboche (3985m), about 6 hours. Visit Tengboche Monastery (3860m) en route.

Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp

    Booking and Payment

    • To secure your spot, we require a deposit of 20% of the total trip cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
    • Bookings made less than 30 days before departure require full payment at the time of reservation.

    2. Payment Options:

    • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. Details for payment will be provided once you confirm your booking.
    • All transactions are secured, ensuring your financial information is protected.

    3. Flexible Cancellation Terms:

    • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible.
    • Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:
    • 60+ Days Before Departure: 90% refund of the total amount (10% administrative fee applies).
    • 30–59 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
    • Less Than 30 Days Before Departure: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided due to prior arrangements.

    4. Changes or Rescheduling:

    If unforeseen circumstances arise and you wish to reschedule your trip, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may involve additional fees, depending on the proximity to the departure date.
