Polish ski mountaineer Andrzej Bargiel has provided a rare glimpse into his expedition at Everest Base Camp (EBC, 5,364 m), despite Nepal’s recent social media restrictions. In an Instagram post, Bargiel shared, “Everyday life at EBC at an altitude of 5,364 m and preparing to go higher. Thanks to logistics support from @sevensummittreks everything works properly here.”

This update offers a rare insight into the autumn 2025 Himalaya season at Everest, where communication has become increasingly difficult due to the government’s social media restrictions.

Bargiel, known for his ski descents of some of the world’s highest peaks, is one of the most closely watched climbers this season. His ability to share news directly from the mountain highlights both the resilience of expedition communication and the importance of logistic partners like Seven Summit Treks in ensuring smooth operations at high altitude.
