Spanish mountain legend Kilian Jornet has officially completed one of the most ambitious mountain-running goals in the United States – summiting all 72 of the country’s 14,000-foot peaks, finishing his journey on Mount Rainier (4,392m) in Washington.

Jornet, widely regarded as one of the greatest mountain athletes in the world, completed the project in his signature style – fast, light, and self-powered. This latest achievement adds to his long list of records that already include world-best times on Everest, Matterhorn, and Mont Blanc.

Completing the Mount Rainier ascent marked the final chapter of this extensive and demanding journey, proving once again why Jornet continues to redefine the limits of high-altitude endurance.

Kilian Jornet remains not only a record-setter but also a pioneer who inspires climbers and mountain runners around the globe to chase their summits with passion and respect for the mountains.
